What a difference a day (and some sleep) makes!

I called my doctor yesterday and she said to double my dose of anti-depressant. I can't believe the difference today! I have a clear mind, some energy and best of all, I feel rested! I don't know if it's a combination of stopping the cleanse and my new dosage, or if it was all sleep deprivation. All I know is that I'm taking this blessing of a day and enjoying it!

Staci,
SO glad you are feeling better. I've been meaning to call you for a couple of days. It was great to see you the other night! Can we get together sometime? I would really like to talk to you!

I'm hoping that it was everything but the sleep deprivation, since that one is so hard to fix. I'm glad you are feeling better.

So I mentioned hormones in my last comment, then I watched an old Oprah I had recorded on my DVR and it was all about menopause an hormones. And as she listed all the symptoms of women going through menopause I had to laugh since they happen to me all the time and I'm not even 30.

Restless sleep-umm yeah I have a 2 year old and kids in school. So not only do I get waken up in the middle of the night, I also have to wake-up at some ungodly hour to get the older ones to school.
Sweating and Hot Flashes- like 30 times a day, did I mention the 2 year old who gets into something tries some crazy acrobatic trick every 10 minutes.
Forgetfulness- could it be that since I'm taking care of 4 kids that are going every which way that I get lost in the shuffle too?
Loss of sex drive- Okay, thank goodness I don't have that! Or maybe not since I think all of my menopausal symptoms would be erased if I didn't have kids:-)
