Weekly Weigh-In

OK, so I am changing how I weigh in from now on. I will be relying on my trusty home scale instead of the one at the gym because I can't guarantee that I'll be at the gym on 1 consistent day every week! So, the dreaded weigh in today wasn't horrible...I'm 209.6. Up from my low of 208, but not unmanageable. So wish me luck as we head for Christmas, New Year's, My anniversary, Valentines day, Easter...you get the picture!

you crack me up...."wish me luck as we head into Christmas, new years...." I hear ya sister! Honestly, my weakness is the pretty wrapped chocolate in SHINY red, silver or green paper. Dove Chocolates are my favorite- but I will eat ANY chocolate wrapped in shiny paper- even DARK chocolate.I guess it just brings back 2nd grade memories of watching Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Dang, Charlie sure made a chocolate bar look GOOD!!! Since then I have been unable to EVER resist a pretty chocolate bar....."you get the picture" ;) ;) Well My friend- for the record- I am wishing you luck this season! You can do it!

K- So I'm glad I'm not the only one who gained a whole 1.5 lbs. Or make it 3 in my case. But seriously that's not bad for all that I've been eating and where I am at in my cycle. I fluctuate 2-3 lbs. just with that.

Just keep thinking happy thoughts even though you aren't going hard core. 10 minutes is better then none. When I am this busy I just try to remember just go for a brisk walk for 10 minutes, I can commit to 10. At least it's something and most of the time I end up enjoying it so I keep going.
