I finally hit the big 30! I had a great day! It started with some awesome Yoga, it continued with a FABULOUS Brunch with my mom-in-law, and it ended with a romantic dinner for 2 at a fabulous restaurant with my hubby! My mom sent me a beautiful earring and necklace matching set of my birthstone (Citrine) Here's a picture of the earrings, the necklace is the same design just on a necklace!
We had chocolate cake cupcakes with chocolate frosting for our dessert. It was an amazingly nice day. And the next day we got snow! I considered it my belated birthday present from mother nature! Anyway, I am so excited for this decade in my life. I'm done having kids, I might finish school, and I'll probably go back to work! WOO HOO! Bring it on!
Moving on...
Here's my Super Boy's 2nd grade picture. He sure is growing up fast!
Yesterday for Thanksgiving, we repeated our Utah Thanksgiving tradition of eating with Hot Mama's Family. We had an additional couple with us this year and it was tons of fun. We were there for over 7 hours! We ate, laughed, told stories, ate, and laughed some more! We love our tradition! Some people don't understand how we could want to be with friends instead of family. I just say that we are with friends that are just like family! We always have a relatively stress-free time (and how many of you can say that Thanksgiving with your entire family is relatively stress free?) and always have a very nice Thanksgiving that we can ACTUALLY be THANKFUL for! Anyway, I'll get off my soap box for now...
In other news, we are still house hunting, but we think we are getting close to finding and getting exactly what we want. Wish us luck! Until next time, HAPPY THANKSGIVING, and MERRY CHRISTMAS! (Just in case it takes me longer to update this blog than I hope! Hehehe)

I'm with you, I am very much looking forward to my 30's. Except if we say we turn 30 every year does that mean we get to go away and party too?:-)
